Kewl Metal fantastic buying experience

I ordered the widow highway pegs and stirrups recently from Kewl Metal. The highway pegs were in stock but the stirrups were not. I asked if they could ship the pegs now and the stirrups later and they agreed. Somehow my order got mixed up and I got two sets of pegs and my card charged twice. After e-mailing Matt, he agreed to credit my card the charges and I could keep the highway pegs to donate to a local ride we are going on soon. I think thats great customer service and I wanted everyone to know.

Thanks for posting about your good experience with them. Too many times I see where only negative things are posted about vendors on some forums, and this helps give other members a piece of mind if they have never dealt with that vendor before.

great experience and help as I worked through an intimidating installation and the quality is serious. If my Spyder exploded, I'm pretty sure that the rack would survive. Looks like it belongs on a tank.
