Here u go. I knew I had the picture. This would be the inside of the catalytic converter of a 2013 ST limited. It didn't have that flat spot on it till a hammer got ahold of it.

I doubt that your dealer would knowingly lie to you. But there is always the chance that he is slightly out of touch. Like on another planet or was one of those that when the brains were passed out, thought they said "planes or trains" and stepped out of the line!........

Most dealer's don't consider it lying [that includes salespeople too], If they don't know and figure the costumer doesn't know ether....
So just tell them anything, and make it sound like to the costumer that they know what their talking about.......

When I was shopping earlier this year for my Spyder, I had a salesperson at a dealership in Texas tell me that the fenders and body panels of the 2012-13 Spyders were all made of reinforced fiberglass. :dontknow:
