• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Just hit 5000 miles

I picked my RT-S up on Feb 27, and I just turned over 5000 miles literally right in my driveway.

Well, not exactly. I hit 4998 as I turned into my neighborhood and then drove around to all the cul-de-sacs untill I could hit 5000 and THEN pulled into my driveway.

How do I get my pin ? I was forced to register at Spyderriders as an "enthusiast" because I haven't even gotten my registration yet.

Maybe that's why I didn't get the hat coupon either ?

We got our RT-SE5 on March 5 and we're right behind you, and nearing 5000 miles. (And already have 600+ on the RS in 3 weeks!):2thumbs:

We're still listed as 'enthusiasts' despite repeated inquiries to BRP.
If you find the magic answer on how to be listed as 'owners', please post it!

The cards are just going out now. I picked up my RTS in December, and got the card last week. BTW, these go out in batches.

What is it with those guys? I'm still listed as enthusiast and bought mine Jan 21st, have 6731 miles on mine and haven't received a membership number or hat either but got an owner pin with a 9 digit number that doesn't work in my profile on their site to allow me to list my Spyder information.

I found the secret. I mentioned this issue to my dealer. (Gargano's...I still think the guy is great).

He e-mailed his regional manager and in a day I got a response which I will paraphrase.

I can expect my welcome package and card in June, however they also included my 9 digit code to register as an owner. Which I did and then sent my two pictures for the pin.
