• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Vin #

Hey Spyder Lovers,
Have a situation were I need to physically show DMV my Vin # on the 2008 Spyder since I did a payoff and need to get title. I don't why this is necessary,I guess becuase I never licensed it. anyway that's the rules where I live.
Hope someone can help me, it would most appreciated. Thanks.

I think you meant to start a separate post for this but...

If you paid it off, the bank, or title company, should send you the title. Then you take the title (which has the VIN number on it) to the DMV to get your plates/registration.

If the bank doesn't have the title, you can file for a lost title with your state (I guess the rules depend on your state at that point.)

I'm also guessing there's more to this story!
