• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

We were out riding the weekend and stopped and looked at this trailer , even hitched it to the wifes bike to see how it looked , this thing is sweet , with a queen size bed , flat screen , stereo , air conditioner , solar charging panels . Just about 125 lbs too heavy . Really roughing it ! Oh well we wil just have to make do with the Aspen we have .

big

Wow that trailer does look too heavy, to big for the RT. Look like pulling that trailer will wear out that bike in a hurry.:dontknow:

You can probably pull it OK it's stopping that would be the issue and safety. The weight limit is usually due to stopping capability and high trailer weight would just push you out of the way if you had to stop fast!

But adding trailer breaks might resolve that issue?

:agree: It's probably more about the stopping power, than the pulling power...
Trailer brakes MIGHT make the difference. :D

Sadly..!!

there is probably now way to thin it out. Perhaps a twin size unit would work....you would have to snuggle, this could be a good thing...:roflblack::roflblack:

How much were they wanting for it?

sweet traler

They pull them with the Smart Car , I believe the trailer was around 525 lbs. one could take the TV , Air , out and lighten it . I picked up the tongue and wheeled it around the parking lot , was tempted if I had one of the 2014s but will keep our Aspen for now . We pulled the Aspen all over this summer for about 10k miles with a total of 435 lbs and never had trouble stopping or any handling problems , but Ill leave that up to the "experts".

Thanks for the pics. I would settle for the queen bed, the style, and a little storage space. A/C ? Really?
Do you know the manufacturer name ? Maybe a "stripper" would be more do-able.

First thing to check is just how fast you insurance company is going to deny a claim when that Mypod jackknifes.
