There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Got called into work for an emergency outage at a powerplant for tonight and tomorrow, with a possibility of getting Monday too but it looks pretty iffy. We were driving to my youngest granddaughter's first birthday party and my wife answered my phone. She was the messenger between me and the union hall. She said they needed a welder for the weekend and I said sure thinking I would get a time and a half and two double time days because the job was going to be about five days. Well, turns out the call out for tonight may only be two days. Oh well, saves my unemployment for a couple of weeks. Not so much money for our Spyder though. Going to have to get back to work soon.
