Larger and wider front wheels on the way … and so 2 different versions of adapters made so for both possibilities …. (3 and 5 stud) …

That gives me a way greater choice … And for all the 'going to larger 18" front wheels doubters' … I've also included a data sheet that says its more than possible !

I think it's a fantastic idea if it works -- but I wonder about your section width. The width of the new tire would be 70 mm wider if I understand your chart correctly. There's very little space between the OEM tire and the fender on my 2017 RT. I don't see how you could fit the new tire/wheel under the fender. Are you making a new fender? Or just doing without?

Seems like somebody could make a lot of money selling aftermarket fenders for our Spyders that could handle larger wheels/tires.

Spot on … Yes to both these two previous replies, you are right I will be changing out to custom fenders to accommodate any new wheel fitment of these sizes ..

Wheel bearing

I would be concerned about additional stress on the wheel bearing, and shortening its life.
