I have a longer ride later today (Sunday), but I had to get out and give the JB try...
So, 40 miles and a lot of hard accelerations and one of two things is happening...
1. The bike accelerates much faster
2. It isn't and I just think it is.
I haven't timed my 0-60mph before but there is a considerable boost when you hammer the throttle...this was most noticeable when I was getting onto the highway from a standstill...the bike accelerated so quickly that I could've skipped gears without a problem!
As far as being on the highway and using full throttle to get around others on the road, the bike really responded with this as well.
I am almost afraid to further tweak the JB...I guess I can, in time. Tomorrow, I'll ride a little more conservatively (will be with my riding club) and see if the mileage is affected.
As I said above, I hammered the throttle on many occasions and this 40 mile trip in conjunction with the 68 miles already on the odometer left me at 29.9 mpg....I'm quite happy being how hard I rode the bike today.
