Jacksonville Power Sports Rip off avoid

Avoid this place. I took my jet skis into the place intact. Six weeks later after they told me my less than 35 hour used, skis needed $4000.00 worth of work and then changed their minds and said no, no it will be $2000.00. But then again a few weeks later they changed their mind again and wanted more money. After six weeks not one repair was done.

I complained and they told me to pick them up! They made me pick them up. Part of one of them was completely torn apart and in parts. They did not return calls, got upset that we called them. I spoke with the owner and he said he is only there part time and doesn't really get involved. Can you imagine! I know others on this site have complained about this place I just wanted to let you know that Jacksonville Power Sports is still a rip off.

You are absolutely correct. I live in Keystone Heights and many have told me to avoid that place like the plague. I know I have posted info on this site about Jacksonville and Gainesville as being places to avoid if you are looking for repairs on a honda or jet ski's. Ken krb1945

Every state has an Attorney General. And most counties and townships have a District Attorney. File complaints with both and any consumer agency that Florida has. Some states have highly protective ones but I am not sure of Florida's politics these days.

Plus the BBB though that is less than helpful and the Chamber of Commerce.

And there is always Small Claims Court and a civil action.

I myself am very tired of the bad business practices we all encounter and have to put up with these days.

17K service, inclued oil, filster, air, valves, brakes, radiators, alinment and balance, chenge the back tire for a toal of $721.00, excelente service, price is hy but I am happy. :firstplace::ani29:
