Jacking/lifting up the Ace 1330 RTS

Do we use the same jacking/lifting points on the underside of the 1330 as we did on the 998 engine?
I'm referring to the RTS.
I will be using a ATV jack rated at 1500LBS.

I use the same thing and just have it forward enough not to hit the cat.

should be the same and not going off the frame end is the trick...did that once and melted the rubber pad on the lift...:yikes:

The picking points of the two bikes are pretty similar; enough so, that I've not felt the need to measure it.
But my lift is only rated for 1,000 lbs. :shocked:
I have GOT to be getting a new one soon!

Hey Bob - not sure if you've gone ahead and purchased a new lift or not, but Harbor Freight has their 1500lb ATV/Motorcycle lift on sale this month for $69.99 using the code in the ad there.

Expired end of November. Code was on the item page itself. I just tried the code I used in November to double-check that the sale was over and received this msg: Coupon code 84813653 has expired.
