There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. Thanks.

Already have a floor jack tho. If this works well it would save floor and storage space.

Motorcycle Lift/Floor Jack

I tried to get my floor jack under my RT Limited but it was too "tall". The motorcycle lift slides right under without a problem as it is less than 5 inches high when fully retracted.

No problem with my 2 ton fitting under from the sides. Just want more than one contact point.

I agree...raising the :spyder2: with a single lifting point conventional jack might be dicey at best. I don't see why the jack attachment would not work with your 2T hyd jack. If you get it, let us know how it works for you. Others may be interested in converting their hyd jack as well. Good luck!

Should be here by Thursday. ? we'll see ;)

Anyone use one?

Transforms floor jack to lift motorcycle.

Has a weight capacity of 1,500 lbs.

Easy to install, easy to switch back to standard jack.

Delivered late yesterday. Putting it together this morning.

First observations. Very well thought out. Very sturdy. Universal beyond anything the seller advertises. May or may not fit under (*your) Spyder unless the fronts are driven onto 2x4's first. *It all depends on your front shock height.

Not unlike the Weaver Lift, a couple of minor mods should make it perfect for lifting the Spyder safely.

SpyRyd, Will that allow the front wheels to drop and if so how?
Thanks
Joe

How well did the adapter work?

Jer,
I guess that my only concern with converting a floor jack, is that I would hope that the footprint is large enough to give a you really solid platform...
Please let us know what you think of iut; good luck!

I saw that ad too. Please read the specs, the minimum height is 5 and 1/2", I don't believe that it will fit under the Spyder without having the front wheels up on something. I decided to not buy it because of that. JMHO
