• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

It's back home again and running better than ever!

The RT's back home and ready for battle! I got the call yesterday afternoon that they had the front end back together, the throttle bodies replaced and the brake pins replaced. The Missus, Tink and I took a run up and brought it home...
Total bill for the front end was only about $67 and some change:$12.99 for the bushing.. ($50 per hour for labor)
so Thanks: Klinger Powersports inWalton, NY!!:bowdown:

At this point I'm up for anything...

It's funny; but now I can see how poorly it was actually running... With that left A-arm flopping about, I was always correcting, counter-correcting and then correcting some more. Now it's tracking straight and smooth again. With the throttle bodies monkeyed up; the idle was erratic; bouncing from 1300 to 2300 without provocation. Now it settles in at 1400 and is as steady as can be! :2thumbs:

Roger,
Yes it does; after they fixed it! :ohyea: The first shop had removed the jumper! :gaah: I took my schematics that you had provided  up with me and now I'm back to ORANGE when lids are flopping! :2thumbs:

It is never fun waiting and waiting to get your machine back . Glad all is fixed up for you :) And didn't cost you your life saving to repair .
