• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

It's an invasion of Spyders...

I see posts here all the time of people going out riding and going on trips and NEVER ONCE seeing another Spyder...

I was down in Austin TX on a business trip and had just gotten off the airplane; heading to my hotel and there was 1 Black Spyder RT, then driving around in traffic going to a meeting I saw another one. Yesterday, back home in Knoxville. I'm out running errands on the motorcycle and I see not ONE but TWO Spyders...One was a RS and the other one was a RT, occasionally I see a RS in Oak Ridge riding around too...We were in Helen, GA last week and we (wifee and I see 2 Spyders down there both are RT's...Seems like everywhere I/we go we are seeing Spyders...That's a GOOD thing!!

Just don't understand others posting they never see another Spyder!!! It must be a Spyder invasion here in East TN...

When Lamont has the barbecue there is a huge invasion of Spyders in East TN. It just depends on where you are in the country. In Las Vegas I see other Spyders quite often but when I lived in Michigan I only saw a few in 2 years.

I'm fortunate enough to live where I've got three other :spyder2: within 9 miles of me, so I see them reasonably often...

Not Many Here

Around here I keep seeing the same one.....but other than that no. That could be why every where I go each stop turns into a 20 minute conversation. My husband rides behind me on his Harley and always comments on the looks the Spyder gets from other drivers.

Forgot to mention, that these sightings DO NOT include our friends who have Spyders in the area...If I included them that would make for 4 more Spyders in Knoxville alone...And it's a "relatively" small town of 400K nothing like Atlanta, Nashville or New Orleans...But unfortunately we are GROWING with more and more half backs everyday!! :yikes:
