• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

It sucks to get old.

I don't have a bucket list
because if I cross everything off I might kick the bucket :yikes::yikes:
I am 18 going on 70 :yes::yes::yes:
you can always "Add" things to your bucket list so you don't kick the bucket. :gaah::gaah:

Both my parents (my mother mostly) spent the last years of their lives looking back at all the things they wanted to do but didn't get the chance to do. I did what I could, taking my mother to her first baseball game and her first hockey game when she was in her late 60's.

After the experience of tending to my parents at the end of their lives (I have no siblings) I promised myself that as long as I had the financial and physical wherewithal I would get out and do things so when I no longer could I would have no regrets.

That's what I want to do. I cared for my mother until she went into the nursing home with dementia. Now I live with my Pa and help care for his household. But as long as he's able to go a while without me, I get out and go as much as possible.

That's a great strategy, Deanna!
