• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

It is hot here . . . . .

Same here! Has been so hot, Heat index between 105-110, humidity in the upper 70's, lower 80's.

Does not get much better during the night either :(

If I had to suffer through weather like that - add Eastern rain, and all the bugs - I'd never ride a bike - - one can tolerate a day or two at 90, providing the humidity stays below 40%, and the nights cool to 55 or so.

Strange summer..... Our temps have not gone above about 95 and have stayed in the lower 90's for the most part. Of course, humidity has been in the 80's giving us heat indexes in the 100's. But usually, we are hotter than you guys up north! And I want to thank each and everyone of you for taking the heat from us for once.:joke:
Stay cool. Currently at 9:30 am, 88 degrees, 75% humidity and a heat index of 101. Feels like spring!

The digital temp display on our RT always reads 5 to 20 degrees above the real temp. Last March, at 43 degrees, we're wishing it was (rather than actual 38 degrees) . . . but at this summer, when it reads 120, it don't matter. . . . we're wilting. :chill:

But, it don't matter . . . we're still ryding :yes::yes:

Don't want to hijack this thread but just wanted to mention my temp displays read high when I first got the bike. Then I read something on this site about just taking the bit of foamy material that wraps around the sensor off.....now my readout is just about right on (that was more than a year ago).
