• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

It is going to be an adventure

So made it to Trinity, TX around 4:30 today. Was 1230 miles in two days. Was a great ride in. Only time we hit rain was the start of the trip. The 2012 ran like a champ. Just over 10k on it now. Did some short fill ups just due to the fact that we were unsure when the next fuel stop would be.

So it looks like we are headed to TX First. We will be leaving Jacksonville, NC and traveling through Lumberton NC, Camden SC, Augusta GA, Covington GA, Birmingham AL, Livingston AL, and spending the night around Meridian MS. Then headed out again traveling through Newton MS, Edwards MS, Monroe LA, Shreveport LA, Carthridge TX, Lufkin TX and arrive in Trinity TX.

This will cover the first 2 days of our trip
amazing the first day of your trip takes you through 4 states, I wouldn't be out of California yet:roflblack: Have fun and be safe

Those bridges look a lot better than the ones that span the Ohio and Mississippi rivers on hwy. 60/62 between Kentucky and Missouri. :yikes:

Not sure if anyone has seen the TV show "Fat Cops" that is on CMT. If you have not it is pretty funny. Found these two in Trinity TX. Make notice do the shirt the wife is wearing.

So we begin day 2 of the BRP waiting game. If the 2014 does not arrive we may be riding home on a new 2013 Perl White ST Limited. This would be her Spyder. My wife fell in love with it. Only time will tell. Just have to get her on it with the backrest.
