• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

It happened!

My Rt S turned 2000 miles yesterday, right in the middle of a cancer charity ride with 140 other bikes. Ours was the only Spyder. Could not stop and get a picture of the momentous event as we were pretty much in the middle of the pack. Had no trouble keeping up with the Hardleys, Yamahahahas, Hondas, etc. Had to pass a Honda Goldwing trike pulling a trailer, he just could not keep up with the pack. A Hardley trike owner said he's seriously considering trading in his for a Spyder. Told him to wait for the 2011s. Only problem I had, if you want to call it that, was vibration in the pegs and seat. Gonna get the belt and engine support checked. Also hope my milage improves, 25 per gallon sucks.:spyder:

Congratulations and was that you that I saw about 3 weeks ago on the Blue Ridge Parkway near Asheville? It was a pretty blue RT-S that went by me while I was on the side of the road. It was headed west.

Sorry, wasn't me. Haven't been to the Parkway yet. Would love to get there soon before the cold weather hits.

Tell him to wait for the 2012s.

My wife bought her :spyder2: in March, 2010 and now has 7800 miles on it. I bought mine in August, 2010 and have 4800 miles on it. I get about 33 miles a gallon, she gets about 35. Me SE5 her SM5. But me faster.

I bought mine with 700 miles Memorial Day weekend. I now have about 6000 miles on it and my mileage is improving from 25 mpg to almost 30 mpg, and I ride the bike like I stole it.

I hope you see improvement as the bike breaks in.
