• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Isotta (Italy) windscreen installed

Well, now that my Paypal dispute is finally closed, and I get to keep the windshield, I got around to installing it. What I like about this windshield is that it is a bit taller (1.5") measured from top mounting hole > center top of the windscreen, 3.5" wider at the bottom/1" at the top and more contoured than other larger windshields. What I wasn't sure about is the lack of vent holes. I did ride my OEM around a same route/same speeds with both the vent holes opened and taped over. I didn't really notice any difference. Besides, the RT windscreen lets plenty of frontal wind pass through under the windshield. I plan on using this as my long trip windshield, but I'll keep it on for awhile.
