• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Going to install my new ISCI hand brake over the weekend on my 2011 RS Spyder- anyone know of any issues that I need to be concerned with on the installation. I did not see any vidoe's out there.

Thanks

It is a pretty easy install. Good instructions and easy to follow. The only thing I found worth mentioning is the routing of the hose. The instructions say as an "alternate" way of routing the hose, you can run it in front of the gas tank to the left side and then to the front and up to the handbrake. I found that there was no way to route it to the left side and have enough hose to make it there. I routed it along the right side as the instructions show as the primary way to do it and didn't have any issues. Hope this helps.

I installed mine, and it was a very well made and designed mod..Make sure you have plenty of zip ties to make sure the hose stays where you put it..When you have it all routed, turn the wheels all of the way both ways to make sure nothing is binding..Before you tighten the throttle housing back up,make sure it is rotated to the original position...Take your time, save old parts you take off in case you want to take it off when you trade or sell your bike in the future...

Trying to install one for a friend on a 12 he wants it left handed but theres not enough room on the bars got these after market grips cant see how they come off anybody know what these are how they come off?
