On a 2024 Spyder Sea to Sky, does your top case's interior light stay on all the time that the ignition key is on? Is it supposed to do that? I assumed it would time out, or operate via the same switch that causes the "top case open" warning to appear on the screen. It seemed to always be on, so I closed the lid with my phone inside in video mode, and the light stays on .....

There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I have a 2021 F3-T with top case, and my top case light is on only when my key is on. I find this a little annoying. When I need the light on, is when I don't have the bike running, so I added this...

I liked the phone idea, Gracie. Pretty sure you were asking about the relationship between the light and the lid, not the light and the key. And yes, yours is working as designed. Closing the lid does NOT turn the light off.
