Yes I can order you a Gel pad with the memory foam, it would be somewhat larger
than the ones used in wheel chairs, If you want to have me get you a price on it
give me a call. I have put them in chair cushions before

No it is not. I did my own and I had never done any upholstery type work before. The hardest part was making that 1st cut in the foam to install the pad. Dave includes very good instructions and will walk you thru if you have any problem. I did have to buy an air stapler to put it back together. A mechanical stapler wont do it. An electric one would probably do it too. I could not stand the stock seat for more then a couple of hours. With Dave's gel pad I am good for all day, day after day.
