• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

We have a similar problem here in southern Minnesota. From my house to one of our local coffee shops is about 30 miles each way as the crow flies. On a motorcycle of any kind, it seems to be well over 150 miles round trip. We have studied it many times and just cannot figure out where the problem is. We will keep studying it until we find the answer. :D

I have to go fill mine up with fuel tomorrow...
I wonder if it's possible to burn through THAT tankful; and fill it up a second time? :D

Today, I studied the problem in detail once again. Per Bing Maps, my favorite Kawasaki dealer is 30.4 miles from my home. That should equate to about 61 miles round trip. I tried it and my ODO showed 140.2 miles. I will keep looking to try and find out what the real problem is.

On a side note, a friend recommended a new Propad seat cushion. She has few problems riding but she felt that this pad really improved her comfort. She did 500 miles on her first day with the pad in really hot weather. I went to our local store (Harley) to check it out as I have several issues that limit my riding to about 20 miles before the pain becomes severe. I bought one of the Propads with the Tech Series cover and a gel pad built in. It was expensive but today I rode 140 miles and I am not overly tired or sore. I stopped a few times and got off of the bike for a couple of minutes each time. After the stop, back on and away I went. The pad worked great. Their website is www.propadinc.com.

Uh oh

All the tales of woo indicate that it isn't the Spyder or the Ryder, but it has to be the Garmin or the Tom Tom... They must just be dumb Toms or Dumb Garmins:lecturef_smilie::dontknow::spyder2::yes:

You all have to understand, with the amount of computing power the Spyder carries, there are times it just takes over. Does anybody remember HAL?
