• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Is there a Sport Mode for 2020+ RT's?

Here is the manual page 51

I did play with the controls a little and did not see that on my test ride. I wonder if that is an error, or maybe something coming in the future. Wow on an RTL sport mode :dontknow:. I will follow this

My guess is that this is a generic page that is in the manual which also works for the F3S also. To my knowledge, the F3S is the only one with the sport mode. But I have one of those pedal commanders on my F3Limited, and it is a true sportier machine with this addition.

The manual does say "sport" mode. However...our friends at BRP are notorious for doing copy/paste without a lot of proofreading.

It is possible it is a copy/paste from the F3S model handbook.

It is possible that it "could be" something that was proposed, and not in the model yet?

If anyone knows for sure give us your personal experience (especially if you are using it regularly) or the source of the information.

Neither my 2018 RTL nor my 2021 RT had Sport mode. Not saying the 2022s don't have it but since the '22s are identical to the '21s (other than some color changes), I highly doubt it. As others have said, BRP is sort of famous for copying/pasting parts of 1 owners manual into another. If you want a snappier throttle response, buy a Pedal Commander or Pedalbox. (I had a Pedal Commander on my '21 and it made a world of difference.)

I too was exited to see "Sport Mode" in the manual for my '22 S2S. Alas, ARTraveller and Frogman are correct. Copy and paste in the manual, or they use the same pages for different models to save a penny or two, and no sport mode.
Poor man's sport mode is making sure the eco is off and twist the wrist LOL.

Sport mode on 2023 Spyder RT Sea to Sky

The manual we just got on my new 2023 S2S on pg51 states there are 3 modes STD, Eco and Sport.

I'm familiar with Eco and what it does.... However, not Sport?

SO how do we activate Sport mode? It says you get maximum engine power available throughout the engine operating range...

Anyone:roflblack:??

Sadly, BRP does a lot of copy and paste in manuals. On an RT there is NO Sport Mode, was only on the F3's for a couple of years, & that has gone away. On the 998cc at one time they had a Trailer Mode
