Got this fm Cyclefish: http://www.cyclefish.com/state_motorcycle_law/south_carolina/ which suggests South Carolina only requires people under 21 to wear a helmet. But there's also a few entries there & elsewhere suggesting that the City of Myrtle Beach enacted laws to require all (or maybe just some??) Motorcyclists to wear helmets/eye protection within the City limits, only for those laws to be overturned by higher courts...

So it seems the one word answer to your question Cuz, is NO! :thumbup:
