There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. Is the Reverse actuator cable supposed to be slack on 2015 F3-S manual 6 speed?

Hi, I read through the forums but didn't find the answer. New to me 2015 F3-S with manual shift 6 speed, 9400 miles. After trying to get into reverse following the instructions with no luck I found something unusual. When looking underneath at the solenoid, the little short cable from the solenoid seems to have too much slack at rest. When pushing the R button, the solenoid only pulls the cable a little and not enough to get the little lever down there pulled enough to actuate reverse. Is the solenoid failing? Is the little cable supposed to be very slack? The mounting plate doesn't look bent or damaged in any way. When showing the bike to me the previous owner said this failure to get into reverse just happened. The bike hasn't been used much. Is there a way to take the slack out of the cable by moving the solenoid away a little or is it just going bad? Thanks, Brad
