Is the engine & drivetrain on my 21 RTL the same as the 2015?

Gentlemen and Ladies,
Just upgraded from 2015 RTL to a 2021 RTL. Really enjoying the newer ride. My question is this, is basically the engine and drivetrain the same on the 21 as the 2015? No one seems to address this issue. Inquiring rider wants to know.

BRP may have done some minor up-grades :dontknow:, but it's the same basic package ..... Mike :thumbup:

Mike is right. Essentially the same powertrain, frame, and most of the suspension components. Only thing I know in the suspension that has changed are the shocks.

I believe one of the gear/shaft combos in the trans was changed from two piece to one piece, or something of the sort, but the gear ratios stayed the same.
