i disagree...im 6'2 and the one inch riser is just right, for me

There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.
is the 1" riser worth buying

I had the BRP 1 inch riser on my Spyder since day one (12/8/07). Needless to say it was better than nothing, but it was still so lacking that is why we now sell risers. At a height of 5'9" I found it still did not do enough to make my Spyder comfortable for more than 20 minutes.
The BRP 1" riser itself is not too expensive, but the price for the install has run all over the board price wise from what I have heard from my customers. Put those two costs together and many times it is almost as much as a 3" or 4" riser kit is.
