• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Is that a girls bike ?

"I might have just told him no but i was told yours is or i would have reminded him of the south park episode of the new meaning for the word fag.

Is there any useful point being made; by your tasteless post? :dontknow:

I get a wise cracker every so often, but I let them have their fun. I smile and nod back, I will even comment on how nice their bike is. My mother always said "sticks and stones......." and she is was right. In the back of my mind I say something else, but out load I laugh along with them. They are looking for a reaction, if I take that away from them lose, I win.

I've had a few encounters over the past four years as a Spyder ryder. Sometimes i give them back what they give. Sometimes I just ignore them. One time I signed to the guy, he didn't know what to do. When the light changed he stalled his bike in his haste to get away. The last encounter was a few months ago. Guy yells out his window "when you going to get a real bike?". I said "when you get a real truck". He was driving a Honda Ridgeline.

Agree, Ridgeline is not a truck...

A few weeks ago the hubby (Tobor 9) and I were at Cycle Gear Bike Night. Lots of crotch rockets, H-D's, Triumph, etc. One young black man was riding a pink (or mauve - not sure) crotch rocket. I don't think ANYONE would have the nerve to tell him it was a "girly bike"!!! However, I did call him an idiot when he left. He and most of the other crotch rockets like to try to achieve low orbit when they leave.:lecturef_smilie: He started wobbling as he was hauling azz down the road and almost lost it.:yikes: He did recover but it was close.
