• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Is Lamonster CAT Bypass available

I don't have much of a video camera but if no one has done a vid or basic install instructions I'll try and document it. I've got the bypass now so it's just a case of taking spidey apart and figuring it out

Take your time! Cat Bypass,

I did the install a few weeks back. I installed the slip joints on the down tubes first and applied some lithium grease on both. I also put some grease on the inside of the cat bypass pipe as well as opening the ends to help with install. I installed the left side first and had my assistant (wife) hold it in place. I then put a piece of wood between the pipe and the engine on the right side to push the pipe back a little so it would line up with the pipe. Then I use a jack to push the pipe up and in place. Once I tightened everything up I let it run till the grease burned off. Take your time so you don't crush the slip joints and don't put the in the cat bypass as you will not be able to get them out with out damaging them.

Good tips, thank you. Does tupperware on both sides need to come off or is this all done 'fromunda'? Open up the ends with a standard exhaust pipe expander?

I've got a hand held 'bloggie' camera so I'll have to find some angles to set it down for the video, hopefully something of use will come out.

I put a cat on my 2011 and it was very loud, I already had the (Akrapovic Muffler on) The Adrapovic seemed to improve things a small amount but the cat did nothing. That being said I am watching this closely as 1, how loud does the motor get, and 2 is there a document power increase...dynode?

Won't be a dyno from me, if all goes well there will be install instructions and a video. I have no interest in paying for dyno runs or putting the engine through that stress to try and document a negligible HP increase.

I simply don't want to start a fire under the vehicle so removing that massive bit of heat close to the leaves.
