There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Damn! I hear ya! I remember when my ex had to have one back in the mid 90s. Cripes! That :cus: was weapon size; you coulda' used it to beat down a large angry zombie, and plenty left over (not very cheap to own and operate either). Then over the years they got tinier and tinier until you'd be better off operating the buttons if you had retractable claws like a cat! Not to mention almost all the darn things were finished in some sort of super slippery highly polished finish; making all of 'em handle about as well as a wet bar of soap! My favorite (as far as optimum size and ergonomics) is still the 2006 Motorola Razr I picked up in Dubai International Airport. Just the right size, and was covered in a soft flat black rubbery coating.

My first one was a bag phone used in my service truck. Then went to a "brick". The company went through several models of flip phones including the Nextel. That one was a joke. I hear they now use Iphones. Me? I have a dumb phone. I'm not on facebook, don't use GPS and don't need to check e mail when on the road.
