Iphone 5 connection

Hi everyone,
Can anyone tell me if the Iphone 5 will work via the cluster if I get the lightening adaptor with the old connection on it. On my 2011 RT LTD I have the old connection cable for the Iphone 4 but wonder if I bought the adaptor would that still give me full functionality via the cluster of switches?

Nearly three weeks on and my Spyder gets even better with every ride. I absolutely love this machine!! Boy was it worth the wait :yes:

Yes, I have a 2012 and it works have the lightning adapter also, works through the cluster, can view the song advance to the next song or back.
