no riding over the weekend
welll for the first time my spydee won't start after short ride went to start to go back home and check engine
light in dash was on and all spydee would do is crank over. but not start after 10 mins of looking at book
still didnt know what put key in and tried it .IT started crossed my fingers and rode home everything
was fine...........untill the next morning had plans to meeet others for ride... turn key on.... dash is completely blank, nothing no cranking nothing
tried other key same results. cussed went back in house had a glass of tea. went back out tried again IT fires up like everything is fine told wife dont shut off follow me on my trusty Harley to D&H cycles talked to tech he checked codes and 1 showed up 5 times DESS ....he tells me he just had lunch with dennis
(tharkun) and talked about dess problems so he ordered a new dess and what ever else is required...
so cossed my fingers and told wife follow MY TRUSTY HARLEY being i didnt want to leave it for a week or more at shop..so it sits there waiting for call when parts come in......havent tried to start it since parking it
JUST HOPE IT STARTS WHEN THEY CALL.. or i'll have to have it towed :cus:
