• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

A friend of mine just told me about a new company that just opened up in Culpeper, Virginia this week.

They look interesting but start in the 49k range. I like their picture with Sammy Hagar who has teamed up with them to create 55 limited edition Red Rocker versions signed by him!

At about 1000 lbs, and 194HP, this thing should get up and go.

It looks like an all-out copy of a T-Rex (out of Canada) to me.

All I'll say..!!

is they are some nice looking sport cars....there seems to be an intrest in them cause there are more and more appearing...!!

Well, I wish them good luck. I'm sure they will find their fans, but it does not appeal to me. Too much of a car and not enough of a motorcycle. Not to mention the price tag - 50 -53K. That is quite steep.

Nice ... if disposable income is a non sequitor

These rigs (and there are more of them than you can imagine) exist in the "unobtanium" category for most of us.

For the life of me, I can't fathom how someone can cobble together these pedestrian parts and have the audacity to charge this much for the final product. Then again, there's a market for everything and these folks have obviously figured out how to sell to that rarefied segment of society.

Regards,

Dan

Polaris is also in the picture with a similar 3 wheeler.

It is called the Slingshot.

I like to which segment of the market they wish to sell these too, the baby boomers, hell at $ 50,000.00 a pop, I hope your retirement nest egg is lot bigger than mine.

I really don't mean this to sound so... mean! :opps:

But if you think that it's such an easy project; build one!
