• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Insurance Cost

Michigan

EDIT: Just looked it up and some states (like Michigan) have No Fault insurance instead of limited / full tort so, in general, there is no suing of the other persons insurance company for damages, pain suffering, etc.

Michigan allows suing of of the driver at fault for motorcycle accidents, we just have limits for what can be awarded. A kid ran a red light and hit me, totally the bike and trashing my left arm. The limit for pain and suffering for that sort of injury was $99,000. My lawyer got me $90,000. I don't think "no-fault" applies to motorcycles. This reform (years ago) was supposed to reduce insurance costs. Haven't noticed any price breaks.

With the car, any accidents are paid off by your own insurance. Don't ask how I know........

AARP-Foremost

They wanted to charge me $800+ per year. Going to have to go look at other options. That's roughly what I'm paying for my truck and the wife's car.
