• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I have a hitch on order, does anyone have the instructions for install handy that they can share with me. I am assuming the actual harnes must plug and pay into an existing connector, correct? And if so where will I find it?

Regards,

Randy

If you are getting the BRP hitch, it will have a good set of instructions included. It will also have the harness. You will need to remove some of the rear cover to get to the connector on the left side.

You might also try a search on here to see if there might be a video to review.

PM me your email address i have the BRP hitch instructions scanned into a pdf. I can find and send later today.

If you search hitches you can find some really good ideas. The one I thought was the best was by Scotty. You can hide all of the wires by running the wire harness down the side of the left saddle bag. I found that if you take the grab bar off you can pull the brace far enough apart to be able to slip the plug through so you do not have to run the wiring in the wheel well.
I know it doesn't make sence now but when you get the instructions you will see what I am talking about.
Take your time and have fun. Good luck.
