• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. Installing the Backup Camera on an F3 - Instructions identify Camera Supports needed for F3 & RT

I found installation instructions for the backup camera. While these instructions are for the Canyon, installation on the F3-T should be similar.
On the list of parts that come with the camera kit, it shows the camera has a cable attached to it and it has a connector on the other end. That
connector will plug into a matching connector under the seat. Item P4 is the support for the camera on a F3-T. Item P5 is the support for the
RT,

I'm sure the Canyon has that connector, but doubt that the F3 or RT models have it, since they weren't designed with a backup camera in mind.

The 2025 RT-L Sea to Sky comes with a back up camera installed. A back up camera is listed as an accessory for the 2025 RT-L.

Some of the late build 2024 RTL's have that connector (I do).
I have a 2024 RT Limited. How do I know if I have that connector? The software has an setting for a backup camera so does that mean I can add one? I'm wanting to buy it and install myself but need confirmation

My mechanic posted a video of him working on a 2024 RT-L S to S. At 4.22 into the video he shows a connector that he is pretty sure is the connector for the backup camera. You can find the video on YouTube, it is The Smoaks Vlog 3405.

The backup camera is installed in the rear body work on the 2025 Sea to Sky.

I can confirm that is the connector for the camera. I had to disconnect it to install the trailer hitch wiring on my 2025 S2S. It is a 3 wire connector that runs straight to the camera.

Yes, the 2025 has a connector.

I have seen nothing to convince me that a 2024 has the correct connector.

Did you not see my post where I have the same connector that is listed in the video? It is a late build 2024 RTL.

Can you provide more context as to what your picture is showing?

I assume that's somewhere above the rear wheel, but where?
Under the passenger seat or under the top case or somewhere else?
What do I need to remove in order to get to that location?

I'd like to see if my 2024 Sea2Sky has the connector.

I was reading another forum where a guy had posted pictures of it, he said it should have a Black, Red and orange wire. He said that when he tested them with a multimeter he got nothing at first but when he put the bike in reverse he got power going to the red. Here is part of his post:

"While installing a bunch of lights on my 2024 RTL, I found the connector in the attached photos on the left rear brace. It has 3 wires - black for ground, red for power, and orange for what I assume is the video feed from the camera to the instrument panel.

I put a voltage tester across black and red with the ignition on - no power. Then I put the bike in reverse and got +12 volts on red. So this is obviously the connection for the camera."

Here is a wider shot but the view is better on the video. You just have to undo the shroud on the left side saddle bag and pull it away to look in there.

This is a picture of what is under the rear seat of a 2025 F3-T. The top connector is for a trunk and the bottom connector is for the camera.

I have a 24 RT Limited, dealer installed the stock back up camera. No problem. They just had to order the part where the camera is located. Works great.
