• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Install turn sisnal in mirror

How do I take the mirror off of my RT 2012? need answer real quick. My mechanic charges by the hour,

Doug

To remove...while supporting the outer edge of the mirror with one hand to resist your other hand, rap firmly (but not too hard) with at the outer edge toward the rear to pop the front spring clip loose. Now put the support hand at the top of the outer edge and rap firmly upward to pop loose the lower spring clip. Don't hit so hard that the mirror wants to bend up at a substantial angle...you will break the keyhole clip. With the spring clips loose, lift straight up on the mirror about 1/2" to disengage the keyhole clip, then pull the mirror outward when freed. Pull the wiring connector out of the body, and disconnect it. Reinstallation is the opposite of removal. Make sure the spring clips are straight and parellel. Some light lubrication on the outer cone of the spring clip posts is helpful. Remember that rapping firmly usually works better than pulling or tugging, either for removal or installation.

There you go...!!

hope you got it all in time both the verbal and video explanations..at least before he charged another hour...:roflblack:

Mirror

He gave up no charge. No turn signal either. Thanks for every one's help. I'll stick my arm out when I want to turn.
