Install TricLEDs Vader Wings LEDs

I’m trying to install these LED strips on the outer edge of the lower part of the front of the frunk, and it says to drill holes but I can’t quite see where exactly to drill the holes and I can’t figure out where the wires would come through behind it.

Does anybone have any ideas? Have installed these?

Thank. That’s what I did.

Found out to drill hole just beyond the grey part and the LED strip covers holes.
