Install question

Installing Lamont's Intake Lighting Kit. Not sure how the lever lock wire connectors work. Do I strip the wires? Do I have to lift up the lever first? Don't want to break it.

Yes sir, strip the wire, lift the level, insert wire and then lower the lever.
