• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Install of TriAxis Handlebars

What is the average install time of the TriAxis Handlebars by dealers? I am trying to figure out the cost.

BRP normally lists an estimated installation time, in all of their instructions... :dontknow:
Does anybody have theirs handy?

I don't have the install instructions from mine but the Service Manual lists regular handlebar replacement as a 2 hour job.

handlebar install

At Pit bull in springfield Missouri it only takes them 1.5 hours as I was told last week. FOR YOUR INFORMATION.

My dealer told me 5-6 hours, so I did it myself. Took me about 10 hours, but that includes disassembly and reassemble twice (do not forget the bottom black cover goes on first :banghead:)

I am impressed that Pit Bull can do it in 1 1/2 hours :bowdown::bowdown:

My dealer quoted me 2.5 hours to install them today. Knowing what is involved I jumped on his offer and authorized the job. He also matched the best price I could find on line for the bars.

i have a great dealer with a great technician.. GSS Powersports East Haven, CT. Definitely worth the trip.
