• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Inspection Sticker Location

Just wondering where you guys have your safety inspection sticker located. In NY the location for a motorcycle is "left front fork". On my RT they just stuck it to the side panel, a little goo gone and it was off no scraping. Since the A arms are painted on the F3 wondering if there were any creative options out there.

can you stick one of your 3 clear square "protective" patches (not really sure what to call them) onto one of the painted a-arms and ask them to put the sticker onto it?

The state of Maine changed it's motorcycle registrations and inspections policy. The old rule was left side of plate was for month of renewal and right side year of renewal with inspection stickers to be carried with registrations. Only about 25% of riders had their bikes inspected. The legislator was thinking about having the stickers put on the rear fender. The United Bikers of Maine got together with the state and came up with the new setup. Now all motorcycle registrations are due on March 31 with the year on the right and the inspection sticker on the left with the month the inspection is due cut out on the side. Very good compromise. Don't have to keep checking plate to see when registration is due. Same month every year. All we have to worry about is inspection stickers. This way don't have to worry about riding in the snow to have it inspected.
