• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

hey new to this group just purchased this bike and want to know what wear items and recalls that have been published that i need to check out on this machine thanks for any help :D

:welcome::congrats: How many miles are on it? Throttle bodies and throttle position sensors were a bit problematic in 2010...
They call for a valve adjustment at (I think!) 14,000 miles; but a lot of us let that go a bit longer...
How's the battery, the tire treads, and the belt tension looking?
Now... show us some pictures!

Have your dealer run the VIN or hook it up to BUDS and you'll find out if anything is needed. I loved my 2010 RTS and it gave me very few troubles.

Have to agree..!!

:agree: you can run your roadster to the dealer and have them hook it up to BUDS and see if updates have been done and if things are running well. On board computer know all..

Advice about having the dealer run the VIN is good. I have 35K miles on mine. Still working well and have not had any major issues with it.
