Leaving in two hours from Pittsfield IL, we should be posting early this afternoon about our safe arrival. Hopefully today will be drier than yesterday.

Wet yesterday is an understatement. I had to put plastic bags on my feet and change my socks at one gas stop. So much for rain gear, it did not work so well. We were at the laundry mat last night throwing things into a dryer. Today's forecast shows we should be able to make it with very little rain and if I am looking at your route correctly, you should stay a lot drier too.

What route are you taking? We're leaving from Quincy, IL this morning and getting on route 19 in Hannibal. Taking 19 all the way to Cuba. It's a nice ride.

Hubby and I got into Cuba yesterday evening. Looking forward to seeing everyone at the Roadhouse tonight.

We are here!!! Took Rt 19 from the north and we were greeted by the sunshine. Staff at Super 8 is fantastic. Can't wait for dinner tonight!
