• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

in case you missed LADY GAGA today

When they announced who, I said Oh No! Have to admit, it was a very good rendition and her voice was great.:bowdown:

It was okay. I really hate when they try to make it their own and add there own twist to it. Sing it like it was meant to be sung.

Thanks for posting. I missed it.

She was great. Best I have ever heard. Amazing talent, strange name.

Im not a fan but she did a great job. I could have done without the wierd makeup and hair but after all its GaGa.

"In case you missed LADY GAGA today"........

Can't say I really "missed" it..

Fyi my day was beautiful & knew everyone would be tied up with game or parades (Mardi Gras in my area) so I ignored the TV & enjoyed the Louisiana winter mid 70's & rode. Dint track miles or much else. Sorry not trying to brag know lots of spyders are sufferingImageUploadedByTapatalk1454909769.821877.jpg Dont worry ill suffer enough rain later to make up for it.

I'm much more of a "Traditionalist", when it comes to our National Anthem...
It wasn't my favorite, but it certainly showed off her range of abilities.

I don't know anything about her music (Other than the commercial with Tony Bennett...), but she's got a real set of pipes! :2thumbs:

Remember that the National Anthem was actually a POEM written by Francis Scott Key during the war of 1812. The music was added 100 years later and was patterned after a barroom drinking song. So I am not sure exactly what 'traditional' means. She did a hell of a job, though.

That has to be one of the most disturbing commercials I've ever seen.

That thing looks like it could have come from the mind of Stephen King.

I have too agree with ya. That was one of the worst commercials I've seen.

I think she did great (2nd best that I have heard, with Whitney being the best)! As far as traditional, who actually decides what is traditional? And who actually decides how a song should be done? I have heard remakes of songs that are a definite improvement over the original.
