• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I'm looking for these Middle Side Panel Plastic Pins - 2014 RT. Any source/info?

I'm looking for part number/source for pin/screw. These aren't shown in my service manual. They're for attaching item 365:

I got a selection of different push pins and screw down pins in a large box off the Internet. Got the right pins to fit most places on the Spyder, and a lot of the places on trucks that hold the interior panels, door panels, and stuff on. Cost a lot more than just buying one or two pins, but time is the same as money. If the pin is in the box I bought, and it saves me 2 hours hunting for a source on the web, or a trip to the big hardware store 15 miles away, then it is worth it.

Any auto store may have them, I know Napa, here in Maine have them. I got some from Lamonster here on site and few years ago! Or online, you need to know what size hole your trying to plug!

I could be wrong, but on my 2012 RTS, the panel 365 has three buildt in pins that is going into rubber o rings to hold it in place.
Sure looks like the same panel I just pull off to check oil level.

Or I can have miss understood the whole thing :dontknow:

Panel #365 on my 14 RTS is not held on with pushpins. Mine are snapped into place using molded studs into a rubber grommet. The molded studs are a part of the panel. There is a small lip molded into the top of the panel that hooks around the larger side panel that you must be careful not to break.

:agree: with posters #5 & #6 ..... what looks like a pin is for part # 187 ( chrome trim piece ) .... my 14 RT has molded studs on that panel ..... Mike

Thanks for all the comments, but the picture I posted was wrong. The pins are for the Lateral Side Panels (Items 246 and 272 below). I didn't know that Item 246 was supposed to be angled.

Found the pins at www.can-amparts.com.
