• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Fell in love with my 2012 RT Limited in May 2012. Fell in love with my new 2014 RT Limited today. Picked up my new baby around noon today. The dealer is about 35 miles from my home but I decided to take the long way home...209 miles later I parked her in my garage.

It it is what everyone has been raving about and more. All I can say is WOW! Stopped for gas at 151.3 miles and still had a little over 1/4 tank showing on the guage. Put in 4.028 gallons...MPG 35.955...another WOW!

I'll need to be careful or I may get a ticket...she is so smooth and quick that I found myself going 75+ MPH before I knew it.

Seems like the rear suspension is stiffer or less forgiving than my 12 RT. Had the air bag set on the softest setting and still seemed like I felt every bump. Gonna check the tire pressure in the morning.

I know, where's the pics? Maybe tomorrow...but then I may not have time to take pics...weather is gonna be beautiful again tomorrow so I'll be out ryding. Shooting for 3000 miles by 23 April so I can get the first service done before departing for Spyderfest.

Congrats!

Congratulations, John-
I can hardly wait until I see "White Lightning" on Saturday. I promise that I will not drool over the Spyder!

Thanks Dan. I'd appreciate a copy of the photo. Believe it or not I don't have one pic of me and my 12 Spyder. Probably need to change my avatar ;). See 'ya on Saturday...safe travels my friend.

Thanks fellow SLs for all the well wishes and congrats. Did my first self installed farkel this morning...Tric-Foam Grips. Gotta get a grip (no pun intended) on this farkeling monster...nah, ain't gonna happen! nojoke

Two things on my agenda today...gym time and ryding time...SPRING is here .
