• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Well as you might have guessed Im a new owner of a Used 2010 :ani29: RT SM-5 (no audio just yet.. trying to find a solution to that aspect..:helpsmilie:) It had an Aftermarket Exaust from Two Brothers Racing on it already (sounds good.. well to me anyways.. its a lil louder than the stock exaust.. an no its not a high piched soud either) I live currently live in Beaumont, TX with my Fiancee (both of our parents live in lil ole Vidor, TX so we might be moving back there next year). We are always looking for others in the area that are up for a good ride on the weekends (We will be going to The Lone Star Rally down in Galveston Island, TX. Thanks and safe riding!:doorag:

View attachment 79303This is what I've done so far.. Thanks again Ray!

Looks Good, only one word of concern, Battery. As everyone who has one knows, the Spyders have a marginal charging and battery system (no different than a lot of other 2 wheelers). You'll be fine as long as you keep your battery cables tight (I check mind a couple of times a year and Yes, sometimes they need tighting at the battery connection). Also, if you don't already have one, keep the spyder on a battery tender. You have electronics always on in the background so keep her juiced up. I have had mine to not start after two or three weeks neglecting to plug in the tender. With all this being said and taking a few precautions you should be fine, these things are a blast and your sure to enjoy the ride.
Have fun and be safe.
Stan

Thanks Stan the only thing about that is I live in an apartment on the second floor so I have nowhere to plug in a battery tender but I have been riding every weekend and even some weekdays as well.
