• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

if you don't like chevy trucks, check out the new idea they had

Slight Hijack. I saw that Jeep is going to build a pick up again. Based on the Wrangler. I believe it said 2018 or so.

If they call it the "Gladiator"; I guess that I'll have to get one! :2thumbs:

I wanted one way back when. I will sure go look at one when they arrive here. Now, if they could only get their quality control up. The Jeep brand is on the bottom of most "worst vehicles" lists.

Everybody likes to say that... :D

I've had 10 Jeeps:
1 MB (1945)
1 CJ-5 (1957)
2 Wranglers ('87 & '89)
1 J-10 pickup (1974)
1 Comanche (1989)
1 Grand Cherokee (2004)
3 Liberties ('02, '09, & the current '06)
Other than losing the generator in the MB, and the throttle cable coming loose in the CJ; I've had no trouble with any of them that is worth serious discussion.
Bring 'em on! :2thumbs:

You do sound like the Jeep man and I sure cannot deny that. Linda's Grandson bought a year old Wrangler a few months back--from a dealer--they had a whole bunch of issues and traded it off for a Subaru. :yikes::yikes:

I still like the new one and am not going to discount that. If I like it, maybe I will get lucky again. I was a :spyder2: person when we went through those years of many complaints. I never had one of the problems, and am still around. Sorry about that folks. :yikes::roflblack::roflblack:

That article has the 6cly at 265 torque and the I4 at 290. :hun:

I just reread and I missed the fact that the 4 banger is a oil burner. Makes sense the diesel would have more torque.
