If anyone out there has an RT on order and are waiting for it to arrive, this is for you.

I was at the dealer yesterday getting fresh rubber and service performed on my phantom when I saw a couple of really nice RTs sitting on the show room floor. I went on over and took a seat on one just to see how it felt. While looking I was talking to the sales manager about them and he told me that they have been having issues with BRP and the way they are packing the RTs for shipping. Apparently there is something that is damaging the right front fender while it is in transit. They have had to replace 4 right front fenders already on brand new uinits.

So heads-up, when you take delivery of your new RT, INSPECT IT THOUROUGHLY. Especially the front fenders.

took delivery of our 11 rts on feb. 16th 2011. no front fender issues at all. thanks for the heads up though, at least other folks can take a close look.

Our anninversary is April 2. I tried to get her to marry me on April 1, for a just in case matter later on, but she wouldn't have it. Fortunately we are still good some 23 years later.
