• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

If at first you don't succeed....

I reckon that Pilot did a pretty reasonable job of avoiding making a mess on the runway  - even if not quite such a good job of avoiding making a mess in the shorts of everyone aboard! :opps: And they said he stuck the next one safely! :ohyea:

Back in the day, we practiced things like that.... used to call 'em 'circuits & bumps'. IIRC, I got to do a lot more'n anyone else....

Reminds me a little bit of landing on a government contractor flight into Saigon back in the early 70's. I was never sure if we landed or where shot down....

I always want more tarmac in front of me than behind me whether I'm taking off or touching down. I've survived two aircraft accidents, one fixed wing and one rotor blade. They happen so fast there's little or no time to become scared. That happens afterward when everything goes quiet.

You haven't really experienced flying until you've flown Aeroflot. They tend to dive into a landing as if it's a bombing run.

I don't think I want to fly with you. LOL:gaah:
